WHAT IS YOUR DRESS CODE POLICY? We know this varies by club to club, but gunslinger try to make it clear and simple. You must arrive smartly dressed and stylish. Please leave your trainers at home! Trainers are not acceptable in any of our events. We can’t make promises over the phone or by email – it’s just too tricky, so come down on the night and if you look the part then you shouldn't have a problem. Remember: Dress to impress!
WILL I BE ASKED FOR ID? All customers will be asked to provide ID before entry into the venue which will be scanned before entry. If you’re lucky enough to look younger than 18 please be prepared to prove your age at any time with valid identification. If you do get asked for ID please don’t be offended. Please note that our venues operate a Challenge 21 policy.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE? If you cannot make it to an event and you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, contact us at email@example.com with proof of purchase and what you need the names changed to. There will be a £5 admin fee for any transferred ticket. Tickets are not to be resold, if we suspect you have bought tickets with the intention to resell then, we will cancel them.
SCANNET You are not obliged to permit us to scan your identification through Scannet; however, we retain the management's right to refuse entry.
WHAT FORMS OF ID CAN I USE? We accept worldwide identification as long as there is a hologram. This can be a driving licence, passport, or PASS identification card bearing the PASS hologram. In conjunction with local authority guidance, we operate an ID seizure policy whereby any false ID will be confiscated and handed over to the police. For more information on The National Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) please visit their website at www.pass-scheme.org.uk.
WILL I BE REFUSED ENTRY? The club's management and Hosts reserves the right to refuse admission. If you’re old enough, look the part and act the right way then you’ll be welcomed to the club. Gunslinger Limited encourages people drink responsibly, so we reserve the right to refuse admission or service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Troublemakers will be banned from all future events.
REFUND POLICY Prepaid tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Requests should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, where you can expect a reply within 48hrs. Please note that refunds are issued to the credit/debit cards used for payment and can take up to 10 working days to process. Please note that cheque payments can take up to 15 working days to process. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, refund requests will be handled up to 14 days after the event was supposed to take place.
WILL I BE SEARCHED? We will sometimes operate a random search policy of customers. In the interest of customer safety, this search policy may be implemented depending on the type of event taking place, risk assessment or on advice of the police. We operate a zero tolerance policy on drugs and anyone suspected of taking or dealing in drugs will be searched and ejected from the venue. In instances where drugs are found customers will be detained and the matter will be reported to the police. I’VE LEFT AN ITEM AT ONE OF YOUR EVENTS, WHAT DO I DO NEXT? If an item is found in a club we have hired or left in the cloakroom and not collected we’ll try our best to store the item until it is claimed, within a reasonable timeframe. If you’ve lost an item please send us a message via email@example.com
